PONCHO time

Time to do some more crochet. 

AH!! 😵I love to spend time cuddled on the couch under my blanket with some wool and a crochet needle. And of course the computer ( need the pattern you see). 😉

 Soooo...
Today's project is a PONCHO that I made for a friends daughter. As usual I choose something very simple and easy. The instructions in the video were also easy to follow.

I increased the foundation stitches to fit for a 6 yr old, I also adjusted to height accordingly.

I believe its a project that beginners can try out.  so what say want to try..??  Okk..while you do that me back to hunting for what I am going to do next...

FILLInG DONE WITH CHAIN STITCH

I did this for my Sil..4 yrs back :) When i was going through my album i found this and decided to put it up. Both of us had gone out shopping and had bought this sheet but we could not find a matching pillow cover. So, we went and bought a plain cover and i traced the picture from the sheet and did the embroidery..the colours dont match much since at that time i did not get the same colour thread and they were in a hurry they had to travel back home the next day. but all in all.. it came out well. :)

My try out of CHEMANTHY work

I know its been sometime now since I have written here, been kind of busy with things at home, but today I had some time and was browsing when I saw this blog http://deepashome.blogspot.com/ I really loved to see her work. They are so beautiful. I was going through her tutorial and decided to give it a try. I tried out the Chemanthy work and did it with ordinary cotton thread and hope it has come out right.
